It is high time for so many uncertain things that are being neglected to be addressed.

MY STORY.
The world as it is seen today is one (globally), and though having more than one continents doesn't change it from being one as a whole as no matter the distance between each of the continents (nation) to the others doesn't mean a thing since we are all connected from one end to another within and without doesn't and makes no difference at all, no matter the skin colour or languages and so on...

FRAUDS/SCAMS AND ETC
Scamming, defrauding or illegal online dealings and in real life as it is in most cases people sees this as being an African originated events, thing; an acts and am going be a little bit in your face to say "NO"! that it isn't. YES! Before the internet because as available as the water we drink, just because they practices it more in some African countries due to joblessness they are facing which is not an excuse as to delve into such act but also this is being encouraged by so many people out there looking to make fast money and whenever they receives unsolicited and fraudulent mails that are promising oil-rich land for sale that are very cheap which they are meant to ignore, dispose and delete the mail immediately but instead they entertain such and that is where they became the victimized and dupe of their hard earn money, doesn't really mean that.

That being said, many other fraudulent means that are not limited to online dating scams; of someone pretending to be someone and reaping people of their money once they have cajoled them, and etc, are still being encouraged in this 21st century age by the so called same set of people accusing so many under-developed Africans countries of doing frauds online and many have clamoured and warn that people shouldn't send money to anyone they don't know or can't see physically and yet people are still falling victim of these atrocities so who then is to be blamed; the victims or culprit?
